The lens is designed to 1/5” and 1/6” sensors such as OV7740 and Onsemi MT9M114, to enable compact size low cost design with wide FOV, very low distortion, high response in low light , high resolution and image quality in the VISNIR range.

Based on the lens, iPhysicist has developed two compact camera modules (CCM) for OV7740 and Onsemi MT9M114.

The main features of the CCM for Onsemi MT9M114 are:
- Format 1/6”.
- Pitch 1.9um.
- Image format: 1.26Mpix.
- EFL 1.33mm.
- F# 2.4.
- FOV D/H/V 100/86/70 deg.
- TV distortion < 1.5%.
- Day and night, VIS to NIR operation.
- Working distance 20cm to infinity.
- High response in low light conditions.

The main features of the CCM for OV7740:
- Format 1/5”.
- Pitch 4.2um.
- Image format: VGA.
- EFL 1.33mm.
- F# 2.4.
- FOV D/H/V 107/91/75 deg.
- TV distortion < 3.9%.
- Day and night, VIS to NIR operation.
- Working distance 20cm to infinity.
- High response in low light conditions.

Applications:

Security day & night indoor and outdoor, Automotive DMS and In-Cabin, Computer vision, eye tracking, consumer electronics, robotics and more.
