LITTLE ROCK, AR  March 14, 2024  Power Technology, a leader in the laser industry for more than 55 years, announces a new continuous wave high-power 380 nm laser diode module for high-end analytical and scientific applications. The IQ1C195(380-210) laser is specifically designed for applications that require this unique wavelength, output power, and precise wavelength stability.

The IQ1C195(380-210) features a collimated or focused beam with diffraction-limited performance at a typical wavelength of 380 nm. The laser operates from 8 VDC and has a compact design specifically for OEM applications. The versatility of this module makes it ideal for a range of applications including bioanalysis, fluorescence and Raman spectroscopy. The IQ1C195(380-210) is available with digital or analog modulation.

“As we continue to evolve our IQ series of lasers, we are pleased to offer this lower-cost UV laser. This configuration features the same performance and reliability that our customers expect from our IQ lasers,” said Walter Burgess, co-CEO of Power Technology.

This is the latest innovation in a series of instrument quality lasers designed and manufactured by Power Technology. The IQ series provides wavelength and output stability, superior optical quality and numerous other mechanical and optical improvements over previous generation instrument quality lasers. In addition, IQ lasers can operate at wide temperature ranges.
