Power Technology Introduces 473nm Instrument Quality Laser With 3x Previous Power

LITTLE ROCK, AR, September 12, 2017 Power Technology, Inc., a leader in the Photonics industry for over 45 years, announces today that it has developed a new 473nm instrument quality laser diode module for high-end OEM applications. The IQ1C250(473-300) laser is specifically designed for applications that require this unique wavelength, output power stability and precise wavelength stability.  The new module offers 3 times the previously available power in this wavelength with 300mW.
 
The IQ1C250(473-300) by Power Technology features a collimated beam with diffraction limited technology, provides a typical wavelength of 473nm, compared to the 488nm by previous generation models and operates optimally from 8VDC rather than 12VDC. The versatility of this module makes it ideal for a range of uses including bioanalysis, fluorescence and Raman spectroscopy. The IQ1C250(473-300)is available with digital or analog modulations.
