REHOVOT, Israel, January 6, 2011 - Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI) provider of leading edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, today announced that a leading foundry has accepted its Nova T500 metrology as Process Tool of Record (PTOR) for advanced Front End Of Line (FEOL) and Back End Of Line (BEOL) applications for the 3Xnm technology node.
